Recycling the waste materials is enterprise’s responsibility under the regulation of government. In addition, packing materials should be recycled, which accord with four requests: low material consumption, reuse, recovery and recycling. . Suitable recovery and recycling policies To recovery logistics, strict policy could reduce cost and risk of recovery. But with the keen market petition, the policy will face great challenge because of rising customer satisfaction. Consequently, using strict or loose policy is determined not only by recovery costs but also by market petition, brand image of enterprises, product property and distribution channel etc. If the returned value is quite high, recovery policy is very loose. On the contrary, the policy is relatively strict. . Establish return centers and manage backflow products centrally Centralized management of recovery center is material base and prerequisite for reverse logistics running in high quality. The establishment of recovery center makes recovery have scale advantage and leads to more effective treatment. That would benefit rapid check and treatment. In view of conflict between reverse logistics and traditional logistics, enterprise should build independent disposal center or independent operating systems even with the same facility. 5. Conclusions Reverse logistics is a fairly new concept in logistics and supplychain management, However it is reported that it is widely practiced in increasing number of industries. It is an effective means for solving the problems of global resource shortage and environment pollution. Unfortunately, theoretical studies in this field lag behind its engineering application. It provides with farreaching cost and strategic advantages in the highly petitive industry.
