對(duì)于這種由被考者轉(zhuǎn)化為主考者的從教經(jīng)歷，各中學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生認(rèn)真總結(jié)感受體會(huì)，以不同的形式記錄下來(lái)。楊軼副主任在與實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)座談時(shí)說(shuō)，感謝實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)師大頂崗實(shí)習(xí)支教工作的大力支持，感謝實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)為實(shí)習(xí)生提供機(jī)會(huì)，為師大培養(yǎng)人才，歡迎實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)對(duì)師大的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)支教工作提出意見(jiàn)建議。教育引導(dǎo)全院教師為人師表、關(guān)心學(xué)生、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)篤學(xué)，形成“重師表、愛(ài)學(xué)生、鉆業(yè)務(wù)”的良好風(fēng)氣。指定專人對(duì)服裝庫(kù)的服裝分類整理，按照類別上架，對(duì)各類大型演出需要的服裝單獨(dú)存放，保障好演出所需服裝的借用。邀請(qǐng)文科學(xué)院的專家學(xué)者舉辦高水平的人文知識(shí)講座等。針對(duì)研究生教學(xué)過(guò)程中的存在的問(wèn)題做好調(diào)研，不斷改善教學(xué)條件，不斷提高教學(xué)水平。同時(shí)作為學(xué)校服務(wù)部門(mén)，在日常工作中，想人之所想，急人之所急，經(jīng)常走下去聽(tīng)取各部門(mén)的意見(jiàn)和呼聲，為各單位解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。下面僅從“德、能、勤、績(jī)、廉”五方面做一簡(jiǎn)單匯報(bào)：德：積極學(xué)習(xí)“十七大報(bào)告及《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程》”，貫徹落實(shí)省委“開(kāi)展解放思想大討論”，政治立場(chǎng)更加堅(jiān)定、思想覺(jué)悟不斷提高。netics
