................................................................................................................ 53 1 第 1 章 緒 論 選題的目的和意義 通常帶式輸送機是固定式的,但是由于煤礦工作面經常移動,若采用傳統(tǒng)的帶式輸送機就會造成極大的不便和浪費。 根據(jù)給定的參數(shù)設計并計算選用可伸縮帶式輸送機的標準零部件構 成 輸送機的整機,在張緊裝置中采用了液壓自動調整裝置,并進行了主要零部件的強度校核。 國內外帶式輸送機發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢 帶式輸送機,總體上,我國帶式輸送機整體技術水平比國外大約落后 10~15年。 帶式輸送機多點驅動技術方面:盡管國內順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機輸送距離較短,但其多點驅動的同步 性至今還沒有得到很好解決,而國外帶式輸送機中間驅動技術已日趨完善,中間驅動點可達 4~ 5個以上, 單機輸送距離長達[7]。輸送帶接頭強度:我國皮帶接頭強度為母帶的 50%~ 65%,國外可達母帶的 70%~ 75%。 ( 2) DX 型 鋼 繩 芯 帶 式 輸 送 機 它屬于高強度帶式輸送機,其輸送帶的帶芯中有平行的細鋼繩,一臺運輸機運距可達幾公里到幾十公里。一般把垂直側擋邊作成波狀,故稱為波狀帶式輸送機,這種機型適用于大傾角,傾角在 30176。 可伸縮帶式輸送機的 工作原理 及應用 可伸縮 帶式輸送機主要由以下部件組成:頭架、驅動裝置、傳動滾筒、 儲帶裝置、 尾架、托輥、中間架 、 卸載裝置、清掃裝置、 張緊裝置 等 組成 。 其結構原理如圖 11所示,輸送帶繞經傳動滾筒和尾部滾筒形成無極環(huán)形帶,上下輸送帶由托輥支承以限 制輸送帶的撓曲垂度,拉緊裝置為輸送帶正常運行提供所需的張力。單點驅動方式按傳動滾筒的數(shù)目分,可分為單滾筒和雙滾筒驅動。該方案驅動部主要有以下設備組成 :電動機、聯(lián)軸器、液力偶合器、減速機、驅動滾筒等組成,如圖 21所示。 絞 車拉緊裝置可以是手動的和電動的。在可伸縮帶式輸送機中將絞車作為輸送帶的儲帶工作機構。
