GEF/WWF項(xiàng)目的專家被邀請(qǐng)參加中挪洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)國(guó)際研討會(huì)。 （在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)此估計(jì)不足，在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中也花費(fèi)了相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間。 （限于項(xiàng)目本身的實(shí)施期限只有 2年，部門合作中的一些深層次機(jī)制問(wèn)題尚未涉及到，一個(gè)十分完善、順暢的部門協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的建立，還需要作進(jìn)一步的努力。 ?
