Organization mechanism and its duty Organization mechanisms The owner of the project is LANCO AMARKANTAK POWER PRIVATE LIMITED HYDERABAD – INDIA and ZELAN PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED as principal contractor roundly takes charge of design, equipments, construction, missioning and operation, etc. ChinaDongfang Electric Corporation(DEC) as subcontractor takes charge of design, equipment manufacturing and supply, installation supervision and technical instructor of the project. Construction anization mechanism is shown in Fig. 1. Management duty Duty of ZELAND Roundly take charge of design, equipments, construction, missioning and operation, etc. Duty of DEC Takes charge of design, equipment manufacturing and supply, supervision of installation and necessary technical instruction of the project. Duty of erection supervisor and technical instructor Provide reference documents of construction and technology and assure they are exact.
