【正文】 our the theoretical study as the beginning, the paper analyzese the ownership structure’ s influence on technological innovation, the enterprise size’ s influence on technological innovation and advantages of different size enterprise in technological innovation by study the theory of technological innovation, ownership structure and enterprise size. On the basis of theoretical study, the article proposes assumptions on the relationship between ownership structure, enterprise’ s size and technological innovation, and makes the empirical research with the panel data of China’ s manufacturing listedenterprises from 2020 to 2020. Taking expenditures of research and development as a index of enterprise’ s technological innovation, taking whether it is stateowned enterprise and the proportion of the largest stockholder holding as indexes of enterprise’ s ownership structure, and taking revenue as a index of enterprise’ s size, the article carries out the multiple linear regression and logistic regression to analysis the sample data. The results are as below:There is no linear relationship or curve relationship between ownership structure and technological innovation。企業(yè)所有權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)直接決定了企業(yè)的性質(zhì) ,決定了企業(yè)的組織安排、治理機制和管理模式 ,決定了管理者的創(chuàng)新態(tài)度、行為和承受創(chuàng)新風險的能力 ,對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有著重要的影響。以研究開發(fā)投入作為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的衡量指標 ,以是否為國有股控股和第一大股東持股比例作為所有權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的衡量指標 ,以營業(yè)收入作為企業(yè)規(guī)模的衡量指標 ,采用多元線性回歸和曲 線回歸分析方法 ,對樣本企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析。我國絕大部分的國有企業(yè)都呈現(xiàn)出這一 特點，很多工作都搞“運動化”，來去一陣風，創(chuàng)新活
