( 2) The facial look of oute as to it39。 關(guān)鍵詞:硫化鉍;水熱法;納米結(jié)構(gòu);光致發(fā)光 納米材料的性能不僅取決于其本身的結(jié)構(gòu)與組成,而且還和材料的尺寸與形貌密切相關(guān),因而對納米材料的尺寸、結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌進行控制合成,進而優(yōu)化材料性能,不僅具有重要的理論意義而且可拓寬納米材料的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,這已成為當(dāng)前合成化學(xué)與材料領(lǐng)域的一個前沿研究熱點,引起了研究人員的 [1]廣泛興趣。古國華等 [9]以適量月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季銨鹽為表面活性劑,以氯化鉍和硫代乙酰胺為原料,采用溶劑熱法制備出由片狀硫化鉍卷曲疊加的玫瑰花狀球形 (直徑約 1μ m)結(jié)構(gòu)。以上試劑均為分析純國產(chǎn)化學(xué)試劑,實驗用水為蒸餾水。將此黑色懸濁液轉(zhuǎn)移到50 mL 高壓釜中并置于 150 ℃的烘箱中恒溫 14 h 后取出,自然冷卻。均可指標化為正交相 Bi2S3(JCPDF, – 0333)。圖 2b 中左下角的插圖為前驅(qū)物側(cè)視圖的高倍 FESEM 照片,可以看出圓形餅干是由很多納米圓片規(guī)則地疊加在一起而形成的多層結(jié)構(gòu),納米圓片很薄,厚度為 25~ 50 nm。最后,用 2 mol/L 稀硫酸水溶液將未反應(yīng)的前驅(qū)物核完全溶解,就形成了 Bi2S3 微米環(huán)。 參考文獻: [1]PENG X.
