【正文】 理，很多利益相關(guān)者不能分享應(yīng)有的所有權(quán)和剩余分配權(quán)，造成決策專斷，員工工作熱情不高，效率較低。當(dāng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的各要素沒(méi)有處在最佳匹配狀態(tài)時(shí)，家族化管理模式的有效性會(huì)大幅度降低，甚至?xí)蔀槠髽I(yè)發(fā)展的阻礙。他們甚至根本就不知道什么是管理模式，更談不上對(duì)管理模式的重視了，這嚴(yán)重阻礙了民營(yíng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大。 改革開(kāi)放前民營(yíng)企業(yè)具有較長(zhǎng)的傳統(tǒng)，普遍出現(xiàn)是在 20 世紀(jì) 30 年代，并且已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模，但是由于時(shí)局動(dòng)蕩和國(guó)民黨的腐朽統(tǒng)治，發(fā)展比較緩慢。由于管理模式的重要性，現(xiàn)代民營(yíng)企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視管理模式在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用，并根據(jù)成功的 第 4 頁(yè) 管理模式不斷創(chuàng)新，尋找適合自己的管理模式。在亟待解決的管理問(wèn)題中，最核心的問(wèn)題是如何快速形成一個(gè)具有普遍意義的、成熟的管理模式去支撐日常的企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)。在現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上提出我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理模式存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因，并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出解決方法和建議。管理理論來(lái)自于管理思想，因此，管理模式的本質(zhì)就是一定的管理哲理或管理思想下的資源配置方式。目前管理學(xué)界和企業(yè)界對(duì)企業(yè)管理模式的認(rèn)識(shí)是零散而混亂的，分類的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和角度不同導(dǎo) 致了形形色色的管理模式出現(xiàn)。隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放進(jìn)程的不斷深入和發(fā)展，我國(guó)的民營(yíng)企業(yè)有了很大的發(fā)展，而且在此期間出現(xiàn)了一批優(yōu)秀的民營(yíng)企業(yè) ，因此也造就了一些較為成功的民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理模式 [4]。民營(yíng)企業(yè)不僅在深化國(guó)企改革、活躍市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、上交利稅等方面發(fā)揮了巨大的作用，而且在提供就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面也做出了顯著的貢獻(xiàn)。 第 II 頁(yè) 關(guān)鍵詞： 管理模式，民營(yíng)企業(yè)， 家族化 第 III 頁(yè) The Analysis of the Management Mode in Private Enterprises Abstract Since the reform and open policy, the private enterprises which almost covers all industries has been developing rapidly in China. The private enterprises has made a significant contribution to our country, only in deepening the reform not of stateowned enterprises, enlivening the market and paying more taxes, but also in providing employment opportunities and promoting technological innovation.
