Within 24 hours after every batch of technical materials is mailed, the Supplier shall notice the Purchaser the mailing date, mailing list number, detailed list, pieces, pages, weight of the technical materials, contract number, etc. with the form of fax or mail. The Purchaser may designate representatives to the Supplier’s plant or shipping station to inspect packaging quality and loading. If representatives of the Purchaser can not attend inspection in a timely manner, the Supplier is entitled to ship. Equipment shall be packed to ensure its safety during loading and unloading and transportation and protecting it from shake and strike. If packing is unable to protect the Equipment from damages resulting from the horizontal and vertical acceleration during the loading and unloading and transportation, the Supplier shall solve such problem on the design and structure of the Equipment. Packing shall be made according to the feature of the equipment to protect the Equipment from moisture, mould, rain, rust, corrosion and shock, etc. to ensure the safe arrival of the Equipment at the Site without any damage or corrosion.
