【正文】 期： 自 初 驗(yàn)合格之日起 36 個(gè)月 。 但在執(zhí)行合同過(guò)程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)有任何漏項(xiàng)和短缺，在發(fā)貨清單中并未列入而且確實(shí)是賣方供貨范圍中應(yīng)該有的，或是滿足合同 附件一 對(duì)合同設(shè)備的性能保證值要求所必須的，均應(yīng)由賣方 自費(fèi) 負(fù)責(zé)按買方要求時(shí)間將所缺的設(shè)備、技術(shù)資料、專用工具、備品備件等補(bǔ)上 。保證期后賣方按成本價(jià)提供買方所需備品備件 The Supplier shall provide at least five(5) sets of Spares attached with the Contract Equipment to the Purchaser which shall be stored in the warehouses provided by the Purchaser If the Spares are fragile, numbers of the Spares shall be reasonably increased.
