【正文】 仲裁裁決 五、仲裁程序 ? 仲裁條款：主要包括仲裁地點(diǎn)、仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)、仲裁程序和仲裁裁決的效力等內(nèi)容。在中國，由中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會根據(jù)該會仲裁規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。 ?
