The insurance has to be covered in the Contract Currency showing claims payable in China and with no deductible clause. In case the Contract Equipment are lost and/or damaged in the ocean transportation, the Seller shall assist the Buyer to apply to the insurance pany for pensation or lodge claims against the insurance pany on behalf of the Buyer and effect, upon the Buyer39。 D.
