Chapter 6 Packing and Marking Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Contract Equipment shall be packed by the Seller in new and wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the Contract Equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages according to their different shapes and special features so as to make the Contract Equipment withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation to ensure the Contract Equipment safe arrival at the Working Site without any damage or corrosion. The loose accessories in package or bundle shall be labeled by the Seller indicating Contract No., name of main equipment, name of accessories and their position number and accessory number marked on assembling drawings. Spare parts and tools shall be marked with the words SPARE PARTS or TOOLS besides the above mentioned particulars.
