言最近十幾年,熱連軋技術(shù)有了很大的進(jìn)步,在熱軋帶鋼軋機(jī)布置形式的發(fā)展方面,總結(jié)起來(lái),主要有六種形式:典型的傳統(tǒng)熱帶鋼連軋機(jī)組,這種機(jī)組通常是 2 架可逆粗軋機(jī),7 架精軋機(jī),2 臺(tái)地下卷取機(jī),年總產(chǎn)量 350~550 萬(wàn)噸,生產(chǎn)線的總長(zhǎng)度 400~500m,有一些新建的機(jī)組裝備了定寬壓力機(jī)(SP)。本著多品種,多規(guī)格的原則制定了產(chǎn)品大綱,其中包括汽車大梁鋼、船板鋼、管線鋼,汽車板用鋼等,并以其為出發(fā)點(diǎn),盡量從工藝上使產(chǎn)品做到高質(zhì)量、高附加值。關(guān)鍵詞:多品種;兩架獨(dú)立的可逆粗軋機(jī);CVC
