If Seller accepts Buyer’s estimate, then Buyer shall accept the Off Spec LNG and Seller shall reimburse Buyer for the costs incurred by Buyer as a result of receipt, treatment and disposal of the Off Spec LNG, provided that Seller’s liability to reimburse Buyer shall not exceed the amount estimated by Buyer.
