Oxytetracycline is one of the tetracyclinetype antibiotics. It was produced by Streptomyces rimosus antibiotics, which have antibacterial activity against Rickettsia pathogenic amoeba and insects, and can treat of upper respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal tract infections , typhus, scrub typhus and so on. The design of the main included as follows: the selection of producting process , the process of calculation (material balance, energy balance, water, steam consumption, the standard equipment, the size of nonstandard equipment, the heat transfer equipment, pressed air consumption), equipment selection(standard, nonstandard equipment).According to the size of Fermentation tank, the structure of the plant layout a reasonable, public works and health and safety and environmental protection was selected as supporting technology. The calculation is: seven fermenters of 50 m3,four seeding tanks of 10 m3, two feeding tanks of 10 m3,two ammonia pitchers of 10 m3,two tanks of m3 and two plant oil tanks of 1 designed plot as follows: fermentor assembly diagram, assembly drawing of seed filling, material follow diagram, process piping and instrumentation flow diagram, plant layout workshop, equipment list, plete the design specification.
