It’s also wrong to attribute the prehensive mediocrity to allround development, because the reason for mediocre students and prehensive mediocrity is onesided development of students, and the causes for students’ onesided development are the arrogation and deviation of education means to education aims. In fact, it’s a properless and pointless act to advocate the change of allround development to attaching importance to students’ personality development and coordination development, because the coordination development is the embodiment of allround development of people, and it is the internal meaning of allround development policy with strong sense of reality to attach importance to students’ personality development. Keywords:Education policy,Education aim,The allround development,The prehensive mediocrity,Average development.通訊地址:廣東省廣州市石牌 華南師大教科院。就學(xué)生個體而言,背離全面發(fā)展的教育方針的“平均發(fā)展”現(xiàn)象主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)上要求他們科科都要“優(yōu)秀”;之于他們在德、體、美、勞方面卻沒有得到相應(yīng)的發(fā)展,總體上與他們適應(yīng)未來工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活還存在一定的差距。綜合這兩方面可見,反思者提出的新的教育方針,即將全面發(fā)展的教育方針更改為“重視學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展”,既是不適當(dāng)?shù)模彩菬o謂的。[5]在此,反思者一則認(rèn)為以全面發(fā)展的教育方針來指導(dǎo)教育實(shí)踐是成問題的,其結(jié)果是使人“平均發(fā)展”。既使一個人輸在了“起跑線”上,既使他的發(fā)
