Advice of Payment付款通知 The collecting bank must send without delay advice of payment to the bank from which the collection instruction was received, detailing the amount or amounts collected, charges and/or disbursements and/or expenses deducted, where appropriate, and method of disposal of the funds. 代收行必須無延誤地對向其發(fā)出托收指示的銀行寄送付款通知,列明金額或收妥金額、扣減的手續(xù)費和(或)支付款和(或)費用額以及資金的處理方式?! rticle 23 Promissory Notes and Other Instructions本票和其他憑證 The presenting bank is not responsible for the genuineness of any signature or for the authority of any signature to sign a promissory note, receipt, or other instruments. 提示行對在本票、收據(jù)或其他憑證上的任何簽字的真實性或簽字人的權(quán)限不負責任。當利息已被拒付時,提示行必須以電訊,當不可能時可用其他便捷的方式通知曾向其發(fā)出托收指示的銀行,不得延誤。只有在全部貨款已收妥的情況下,才能將金融單據(jù)交付給付款人?! rticle 13 Disclaimer on Effectiveness of Documents對單據(jù)有效性的免責 Banks assume no liability or responsibility of the form, sufficiency, accuracy, genuineness, falsification or legal effect of any document (s) or superimposed thereon。撇開前述第一款(3)的規(guī)定,即使對此沒有任何特別的通知,代收銀行也適用本條款?! . If a collection contains a bill of exchange payable at a future date, the collection instruction should state whether the mercial documents are to be released to the drawee against acceptance (D/A) or against payment (D/P). In the absence of such statement mercial documents will be released only against payment and the collecting bank will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of any delay in the delivery of documents. 如果托收包含有遠期付款的匯票,托收指示應列明商業(yè)單據(jù)是憑承兌不是憑付款交給付款人。如果采用了該類術(shù)語,銀行將不予理會。銀行只準允根據(jù)該托收指示中的命令和本規(guī)則行事; ii. Goods should not be dispatched directly to the address of a bank or consigned to or to the order of a bank without prior agreement on the part of that bank. Nevertheless, in the event that goods are dispatched directly to the address of a bank or consigned to or to the order of a bank for release to a drawee against payment or acceptance or upon other terms and conditions without prior agreement on the part of that bank, such bank shall have no obligation to take delivery of the goods, which remain at the risk and responsibility of the party dispatching the goods. 未經(jīng)銀行事先同意,貨物不得以銀行的地址直接發(fā)送給該銀行、或者以該行作為收貨人或者以該行為抬頭人。 ii. Where a collecting bank on the instructions of the remitting bank or in terms of subarticle 10 (e) i, arranges for the release of the goods, the remitting bank shall indemnify such collecting bank for all damages and expenses incurred. 若代收行按照寄單行的指示按上述第十款(1)條的規(guī)定安排交付貨物,寄單行應對該代收行所發(fā)行的全部損失和化銷給予賠償 Article 11 Disclaimer For Acts of an Instructed Party對被指示的免責 a.
