【正文】 Article 17This contract is written in Chinese and English versions. Both ver sions have the same authenticity. Whenever difference in explanation aris es between the two versions, the Chinese version will be regarded as the criterion of judgment.第十八條 本合同甲乙雙方簽字后，甲方須將副本報(bào)所屬旅游主管部門備案。Article 14The conclusion, alteration and abrogation of this contract or retrieval of breach of contract違約,違反合同 should be in line with the regulations specified in the Contract Law of the People39。甲方可以將旅行接待活動(dòng)委托給中國(guó)有接待資格的旅行社。 5. Party A will not be held responsible for any harm sustained by tourists during their visit in China by airplane/train or steamship or during their stay in hotel, restaurant or tourist area.However, Party A is obligated to help Party B to retrieve the harm in humanitarian spirit.第八條， 由于甲方違反服務(wù)質(zhì)量條款，造成旅行者直接物質(zhì)損失，乙方保留向中國(guó)政府旅游管理機(jī)構(gòu)投訴并要求賠償?shù)臋?quán)利。2. 乙方旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國(guó)后，因旅行者要求修改日程而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失應(yīng)由旅行者自己補(bǔ)償，甲方不予承擔(dān)。滯納金按日加收未結(jié)算部分的千分之二。（預(yù)報(bào)時(shí)間要求和報(bào)送資料與第二條相同）。中外旅行社組團(tuán)合同書（中英雙語(yǔ)版本） 中國(guó)國(guó)際旅行社xxx分社（以下稱甲方）與加拿大***旅行社（以下稱乙方），為發(fā)展共同事業(yè)，雙方愿在平等互利及友好的基礎(chǔ)上，就雙方的權(quán)利、義務(wù)關(guān)系達(dá)成如下協(xié)議，簽訂本合同。Article 3Party B is free to propose at any time to Party A additional tours (or delegations) other than those planned. Upon receipt of a mail/fax/ proposal from Party B, Party A is required to reply within three working days. Upon receipt of a reply from Party A, Party B is required to acknowledge confirmation to Party A also within three working days, with necessary information as required by Article 2.第四條， 乙方同意至少在旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國(guó)國(guó)境日期的15天前，用電匯方式把該團(tuán)的全部費(fèi)用匯人甲方賬戶。Article 5If Party B fails to make the remittance before the deadline as stipu lated by Article 4, Party A has the right to take any of the three follow ing options to deal with the overdue payment逾期付款:1. Party A will not host the tour (or delegation) any longer, no matter whether the tour (or delegation) has entered into China or not. Party B will bear all responsibilities arising therefrom。3. 因民航、鐵路、車船等交通部門的原因（如：機(jī)械故障、氣候等）改變?nèi)粘趟斐傻膿p失，甲方不予賠償。Article 8Party B reserves the right to lodge plaint to the travel administra tion of the Chinese government and moreover to request pensation for material loss, as a result of violation by Party A of provisions for quality service.第九條， 甲方如因特殊原因須調(diào)整雙方已確認(rèn)的旅行團(tuán)包價(jià)，應(yīng)在旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國(guó)日期的三個(gè)月（九十天）前通知乙方。甲方作為乙方直接代理商，對(duì)旅游者在華活動(dòng)負(fù)有直接責(zé)任。 s Republic of China Without mutua
