Also I told them they must describe clearly how they spend their Spring Festival. Then when everything was put together at the news desks , what left to do . I make sure that every student knew what to do and how to do , after that I let them try to finish the oral task alone first, then discussed with their partners. At last, I called some students to describe something about it , just orally before class, and let the other students listen to carefully and find the mistakes made by the speakers . 5. Date analysis The project here consists of three aspects: degree of interest, practically and satisfaction. After paring the results of two questionnaires, I found out that generally speaking they have been significant improvement after the implementation. Comparison of degree of interest Interest Graph 1 shows that there is a drastic improvement in this regard .Most of the subjects show rank themselves in scale like and like very much amount to 72%, while the percentage was only % before the implementation , the graph also shows no one dislikes oral practice after the implementation. After I implemented the 56% of the students could open their mouths to speak English. If we add the percentage of the students choosing 5 and 4 together on questionnaire two , we may conclude that 73% of the students like to do some oral English on their imitation and enthusiasm. But I also learn that 27% of them could not open their mouths and speak English, the reason lays in either students themselves or me .And I know if my students study hard, develop their interest again , we are also to gain the better achievement. 6. Problem unsolved Teaching oral English should have some basic method, but no certain method. Al though I had made great progress in practicing the students oral English, but I found many unsolved problems in my teaching project in this period , and there was much that would need further improvement. Only when I make continues reflection in my teaching as follow. The students and I could make more great progress in future. Firstly, speaking should and must be given emphasis from both functional and pedagogical point of view. Secondly、寫 e should not ignore the problems of the present oral English teaching. Thirdly , we should use more effective methods to improve our teaching results. Fourthly, as in important branch of applied linguistics. oral English teaching need further research . 7. Conclusions The present study is mainly based on the project that proceeded from November, 20xx to December, 20xx, which aimed to enhance my students I interest and awareness in oral English practicing. In my study I used the analysis , questionnaire survey and brainstorming activation. I also formulated a special research objective and a research hypothesis. And then I worked out five possible solutions . Next I implemented my project .After implementing my fourweek project, I did a questionnaire survey to see the results from the date. I think the methods and ways used in problems analysis are suitable, the problem objective is realistic, the hypothesis is provable and the project has a sound basis. My project research helps me cultivate awareness of the dynamic my English teaching, it helps me to improve my daily teaching work, from the action research, I have gained a lot of benefits. I think I will be a better English teacher. Although in my teaching, I realized more and more problems I our English teaching and begin to solve them, but I know there are many other problems need to be solved , so I will go on with the spiral cycle of reflection which will lead me to the endless process for perfect teaching .
