At the same time, most domestic MLM business or disappeared or went underground to bee illegal enterprises.This period of history, the formation of a special form of direct Chinese state.直銷(xiāo)的發(fā)展歷程直銷(xiāo)是舶來(lái)品，歷史的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)告訴我們，當(dāng)國(guó)外的東西要進(jìn)入中國(guó)的時(shí)候，一般都是在國(guó)外市場(chǎng)已經(jīng)成熟，甚至可能有新的東西要取而代之，為了維護(hù)延長(zhǎng)舊的模式生命周期，往往以開(kāi)發(fā)新市場(chǎng)為主。再加上90年代改革開(kāi)放的政策，吸收外資的方針，解決就業(yè)的需要，個(gè)人可以通過(guò)直銷(xiāo)發(fā)大財(cái)?shù)恼T惑，使直銷(xiāo)像脫韁的野馬，迅速在中國(guó)大地蔓延。直銷(xiāo)進(jìn)入中國(guó)的當(dāng)初，由于民眾對(duì)直銷(xiāo)的不了解，學(xué)術(shù)界、理論界、管理界、宣傳媒體對(duì)直銷(xiāo)的研究也不夠，沒(méi)引起政府重視。針對(duì)全國(guó)因非法傳銷(xiāo)引起的糾紛越來(lái)越多，政府不得不采取嚴(yán)加管理的措施。雖然提出單層次傳銷(xiāo)和多層次傳銷(xiāo)的定義，但由于對(duì)多層次傳銷(xiāo)和單層次傳銷(xiāo)的區(qū)分沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加以文件規(guī)定“多層次傳銷(xiāo)”公司由國(guó)家工商管理局批準(zhǔn)，“單層次傳銷(xiāo)”公司由地方省級(jí)工商局批準(zhǔn)，許多企業(yè)開(kāi)始擴(kuò)張發(fā)展，各地從地方利益出發(fā)也批準(zhǔn)了許多單層次傳銷(xiāo)公司。1998年4月21日，國(guó)務(wù)院頒布了《關(guān)于禁止傳銷(xiāo)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的通知》，對(duì)整個(gè)傳銷(xiāo)行業(yè)全面禁止整頓。值得指出的是，在禁止傳銷(xiāo)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)期間，傳銷(xiāo)公司的活動(dòng)并沒(méi)有實(shí)質(zhì)性停止，包括安利這樣的公司，一段時(shí)間只是表面上停止了招收營(yíng)業(yè)代表的工作，但仍然在進(jìn)行講課、培訓(xùn)、吸收人員，并變相采取掛靠上線領(lǐng)取獎(jiǎng)金的對(duì)策發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)。通過(guò)此次論文的編寫(xiě)，我對(duì)大學(xué)所學(xué)習(xí)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)相關(guān)的知識(shí)有了一個(gè)更深入的了解，盡管對(duì)知識(shí)的運(yùn)用可能還不夠熟練，但我堅(jiān)信以后在實(shí)踐中將會(huì)將所學(xué)知識(shí)得到更
