【正文】 Mechanism and procedures for the internal evaluation 4）項(xiàng)目中涉及其它機(jī)構(gòu)（合作伙伴或其他人員）的名稱及每個合作伙伴在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中起到的作用 Level of involvement and activity of other anizations (partners or others) in the project 5）參與開展該項(xiàng)目的人員分工（請按人員功能進(jìn)行分類列舉，無需寫出人員姓名） Team work allocation for the project (by function: there is no need to include the names of individuals here) Detailed Description of Activities 要求：請寫出具體計(jì)劃開展的活動名稱、詳細(xì)描述、預(yù)期可考核目標(biāo)，以及每個合作方在活動中的作用。 Total duration of the project: months, starting from (month) (year), until (month) (year). 2）項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃時間表 Timetable 要求 Note： （ 1）該表 “活動名稱 ”應(yīng)與標(biāo)題 7中描述的活動對應(yīng)。 The timetable must show “month 1”, “month 2”, “month 3”, “month 4”, etc. Please mark in yellow to indicate the time scheduled for each activity. For the first year of implementation, sufficient overview of the preparation and implementation plan should be detailed for each activity. The action plan for the forthing years can be more general and only list the main activities foreseen for those years. （ 3）請申請人在 項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃時間表 中預(yù)留空行以填寫臨時需要添加的活動。 Apart from the financial support from the “SDU GPP”, other supporting resources could be provided by the cooperating parts (including staff, equipment, research space, funds, etc.) 1) 中方 Chinese partner： 2) 外方 Overseas partner： 10 三、合作聲明 Declaration 本次合作是以山東大學(xué) ***(申請單位名稱 )與 ****（合作方名稱）聯(lián)合參與 “山東大學(xué)院際國際合作與交流特色項(xiàng)目 ”資助的項(xiàng)目為依托，建立起的合作 關(guān)系。 After both sides agree on this project proposal, the Dean/Head of Department related to this project and the Project Head should sign this declaration and submit it to Shandong University. 申請方須與他們的合作伙伴定期保持溝通，保證雙方了解項(xiàng)目的最新進(jìn)展。 Substantial changes to the project proposal (. activities, partners, etc.) should be agreed on by the partners before being submitted to Shandong University.
