The checked pet must fit the conditions of Hainan Airlines on transporting pet as baggage .3. The shipper (passenger ) should know the necessary documentation for pet transportation and make sure all the papers prepared before the date of transportation.4. The shipper (passenger ) should prepared the pet container before checkin and accept the airlines’ inspection for the pet and container.5. The shipper (passenger) know that the pet is not suitable for flight, which is pregnant, born within 6 months, or has cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, digestive disease, ENT(ear, nose and throat) disease, or has delivered a baby pet or gotten surgery within 48 hours. When the airlines examine the pet’s health condition, the shipper (passenger) need take full responsibility if concealing the fact.6. The shippers(passenger)has no objection to the charges for the checked pet of the carrier ( Hainan Airlines)。APPLICATION FOR PETS TRANSPORTION OF HAINAN AIRLINES（英文版背面）1. Limitations and Conditions of the Transportation (1)”P(pán)et” refers to only limit to the domesticated dog or cat within weight limitation, which can be transported with its owner on the same flight . (2)Please apply to the ticket agency of Hainan Airlines at least 24 hours before departure. If there is no application in advance, please check in the pet as expedited one at the checkin counter of Hainan Airlines with the container, APPLICATION FOR PETS TRANSPORTION OF HAINAN AIRLINES and relevant documentation.(3) Except the service dogs, such as the seeingeye dogs, hearingear dogs and the rescue dogs, all the other pets can not be transported as cabin baggage and must be checked in or shipped as cargo.(4) Each passenger can check in two pets at most, which should be packed respectively( Subject to regulations of the entry. Only one pet can be checked in when enter China.)(5) When pet is transported as checked baggage, the total weight of the pets and container (including the food and water in the container) cannot exceed 32Kgs.(6) The seeingeye dogs, hearingear dogs and the rescue dogs are exempt from the limitations of the item 4 and 5.(7)The pet transportation may be rejected in case of the following situations.①The pet is in the list of animals forbidden transportation in the country.②The pet with municable disease symptoms or the one is a suspected municable carrier, such as the poultry with regional flu.③The pet under 6 weeks.④The pregnant pet or it has just given birth within 48 hours before the departure.⑤The pet is irritable, emotional, vulnerable, sensitive to high altitude and high temperature, or can not stay in the container for a long time. ⑥The pet has taken sedative or hypnotics.⑦The pet is fetid or has pungent smell. ⑧The pet has cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, digestive disease, ENT(ear, nose and throat) disease, or has delivered a baby pet or gotten surgery within 48 hours. ⑨ The preparation for air transportation has not been done.⑩All the pets unsuitable for air transportation(See details on the official website of Hainan Airlines)?The aircraft type is unsuitable for animal transportation.( . There is no suitable space in the cargo hold.)?The pet does not conform to the relevant regulations of the departure, stopover, destination city or country.?The passenger does not acknowledge the carrier’s condition for pet transportation and container, or reject to fill in the APPLICATION FOR PETS TRANSPORTION OF HAINAN AIRLINES ,or has not get ready all the related documents for transportation. 2.
