【正文】 pulated in the Contract, Seller agrees to pay a penalty at the rate of 1% of the Total Value per day of delay. Delay and Penalty 違約責(zé)任： (1) If there is any defect or mistake of construction quality, Seller shall repair and replace immediately at its own cost. If Seller fails to solve defect or mistake could not be , Buyer shall have right to return the Goods and claim to Seller for loss there caused.如果乙方施工質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題，乙方需無償即時(shí)修復(fù)或更換，如再不能解決，甲方可向乙方退貨、索賠。 (2) The adjustment factor of contract price:合同價(jià)款的調(diào)整因素： a.
