The Reforming System of Highspeed Wire Plant is the key station plays very major role in the chain of the wire rod production, and the collection reel is an important ponent of the high speed rod mill unit. It is uses to collects steel wire dispersedly and arranged it in order to transport conveniently. When the coil collected well is unloaded , provides a buffer space. Collecting station has many article mainly aims at the perpendicular doublecoil collecting station to carry on the uses the single plane to actuate, through the swinging cylinder, drives the transmission main shaft, then leads core rod revolving for the collection coil and the transportation coil. This article has done the following work: 1. chose and determine the transmission plan. 2. chose and examine the swinging cylinder. 3. designe the main shaft and the core rod, and examine their intensity. 4. chooses the necessary lubrication system and service system.
