One involves various parameters of injection machine, parts processing methods, injection mould structure and related calculation. To determine the design ideas and solutions of polypropylene glass. Finally in the design process using Pro/E, Auto CAD software injection mold structure design and calculation and draw the mold assembly diagram and partial nonstandard graphics. This design in order to ensure the process quality premise, try to improve production efficiency in the lowest cost of production.
