Practice is not effective (effectiveness) 書面程序沒有有效地實(shí)行 （效果） ESTABLISH THE FACTS 確認(rèn)事實(shí) ? Get help from the auditee 獲得被評(píng)審方的幫助 ? Discuss concerns 討論關(guān)注的項(xiàng)目 ?
