In the last time, transportation has been tired more closely with society economy life and road transportation has been one of the most important transportation style. In developing china, requirements of road transportation incensement are mainly satisfied by more basic equipments supply, especially building a consummate road network..This thesis is begun with road transportation network construction discussion , followed by analyzing current situation and existing problems of china’s road transportation network construction, with analysis for china’s road transportation administration network construction requirements. At last, in the basis of theoretical analysis, for road transportation network construction, I propose a general object, application framework and safeguards.Keyword Road transportation network Construction requirement Construction object Safeguards緒 論當(dāng)今世界，信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)滲透到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，給人類社會(huì)帶來(lái)巨大和深遠(yuǎn)的影響。在發(fā)展中的中國(guó)，道路運(yùn)輸增長(zhǎng)的需求主要靠提供更多的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施來(lái)滿足，特別是建立完善的道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)，這對(duì)我國(guó)道路運(yùn)輸?shù)默F(xiàn)代發(fā)展具有極為重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)是以道路運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的產(chǎn)業(yè)，因而具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)與運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)賦予的雙重特性。以道路運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)主體為主形成道路運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，而以道路運(yùn)輸行業(yè)管理主體為主形成道路運(yùn)輸行業(yè)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)。道路運(yùn)輸行政信息網(wǎng)是道路運(yùn)輸管理機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)采用信息化手段，根據(jù)道路運(yùn)輸交易信息網(wǎng)等渠道反映的狀況，更好實(shí)現(xiàn)決策支撐、業(yè)務(wù)
