In the last time, transportation has been tired more closely with society economy life and road transportation has been one of the most important transportation style. In developing china, requirements of road transportation incensement are mainly satisfied by more basic equipments supply, especially building a consummate road network..This thesis is begun with road transportation network construction discussion , followed by analyzing current situation and existing problems of china’s road transportation network construction, with analysis for china’s road transportation administration network construction requirements. At last, in the basis of theoretical analysis, for road transportation network construction, I propose a general object, application framework and safeguards.Keyword Road transportation network Construction requirement Construction object Safeguards緒 論當今世界，信息技術已經滲透到社會經濟的各個領域，給人類社會帶來巨大和深遠的影響。在發(fā)展中的中國，道路運輸增長的需求主要靠提供更多的基礎設施來滿足，特別是建立完善的道路網絡，這對我國道路運輸?shù)默F(xiàn)代發(fā)展具有極為重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。道路運輸業(yè)是以道路運輸網絡為基礎的產業(yè)，因而具有網絡與運輸系統(tǒng)賦予的雙重特性。以道路運輸經營主體為主形成道路運輸經營網絡，而以道路運輸行業(yè)管理主體為主形成道路運輸行業(yè)管理網絡。道路運輸行政信息網是道路運輸管理機構通過采用信息化手段，根據(jù)道路運輸交易信息網等渠道反映的狀況，更好實現(xiàn)決策支撐、業(yè)務
