資源等方面的限制,不能勝任產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的全過程。在這些技術(shù)內(nèi)容和技術(shù)問題中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同產(chǎn)品開發(fā)將是今后相當(dāng)一段時間網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造的主要研究課題。在此背景下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的有效融合形成了一種全新的生產(chǎn)制造模式 網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造。特別是近 20 年以來,計算機(jī)和通信技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展極大地拓展了整個制造業(yè)的廣度和深度,產(chǎn)生了一批新的制造哲理和制造技術(shù),使制造業(yè)正發(fā)生著質(zhì)的飛躍。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,協(xié)同設(shè)計,業(yè)務(wù)流程,解決方案 ABSTRACT Abstract As the most creative and important influence factor in manufacturing enterprise,product development faces more intensive challenges in today’s society which is characteristic of globalized petition and plex the mature of Inter technology,worked collaborative product development(NCPD) is being the trend of product development to market requirement,NCPD can quickly anize dynamic product development alliance which helps to shorten devopment cycle and reduce development cost. This article has established a work of OEMs in the process of codesign the business model, Mainly related to how businesses manage and distribute product information, The creating of collaborative project, project plans, product configuration, the establishment of synergies, the task of deposition and release, as well as assessment tasks ,and so on. And gives some important business process solutions, such as how to create synergies, how to manage collaborative projects, how to manage project documentation, project management processes. Finally, the existing work of codesign platform for the simulation of the proposed workbased collaborative design of the feasibility of business processes, and looked to the future direction for further research.
