【正文】 theory of freight train examines and repairs production line, whi can lay down basis for the construction of freight train bogie production line. The construction of freight train bogie examines and repairs line would apply the scientific theories which conclude mechanical equipment, railroad vehicle, automatic system theory , PC management work and so on, and bine with a new repairing rule for freight train , base on the interposition of examining and repairing line, adopt scientific method to repair, advance the repairing level of freight train bogie, apply Management Information System wielding PC based on freight train repairing, improve the management level for freight train vehicle, which can improve the scientific and technological level of the entire vehicle examining and repairing thereby. The bogie repairing line was expounded and the information administration job and the information collecting job were acplished, which laid the foundation for drawing support of equipment and the producing anization rationally, doing well in a vehicle examining and repairing, strengthening a freight train, raising quality of vehicle examining and repairing, improving the science and technology level of a freight train margin examining and repairing widely, offering rapid and safe equipment for transportation, maxmizing the use of freight train and the economic effect.
