【正文】 lateral channels and make unremitting efforts, in the spirit of mutual benefit and mon development, for Afghanistan39。中方愿本著互利共贏、共同發(fā)展的精神，繼續(xù)通過多、雙邊渠道向阿提供長(zhǎng)期支持，為幫助阿富汗實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)治久安作出不懈努力。政治上，簽署《睦鄰友好合作條約》，建立全面合作伙伴關(guān)系；經(jīng)濟(jì)上，中方注重幫助阿富汗改善民生和增強(qiáng)自主發(fā)展能力，為阿援建了醫(yī)院、水利等民生工程。 second, involve Afghanistan in SCO cooperation in fighting the three forces in a stepbystep manner。s role is being more important and its efforts have been fully recognized and positively assessed by the international munity.
