本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同效應(yīng)研究狀況進(jìn)行綜述,進(jìn)而分析了影響供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的障礙因素是缺少統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同制度、實(shí)施機(jī)制的稀缺、供應(yīng)鏈 企業(yè) 的有限理性、機(jī)會(huì)主義行為和短期自利行為。 企業(yè)管理信息化是我國(guó)的重點(diǎn)研究和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,可以 借鑒大規(guī)模定制思想來(lái)改進(jìn)管理信息化在企業(yè)的應(yīng)用,提高應(yīng)用的成功率和降低成本,以提高我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。在現(xiàn)階段推進(jìn)企業(yè)管理信息化建設(shè),有利于企業(yè)的管理模式創(chuàng)新,是企業(yè)深化改革、建立新型企業(yè)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的需要,是建立社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的需要,是經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,也是參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)迎接挑戰(zhàn)的需要。信息時(shí)代的項(xiàng)目管理將極大的改善項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作方式,具體表現(xiàn)在以下方面:
