Plate east east Sichuan area has long been dominated by the Carboniferous gas exploration, but with the mining time, and decreasing production, but also failed to achieve new breakthroughs in the same horizon. The East Sichuan gas reserve is insufficient, which urgently requires us to find new sources of gas supply to meet reserve. Through the analysis of seismic and drilling data, found in the plate tectonic Changxin group in eastern Sichuan tectonic characteristics and oil and gas shows good.
