為了實(shí)現(xiàn)多工位加工而制造的分度工作臺(tái)和回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)等。由于消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和銷售形式的變化,加之國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,對(duì)自動(dòng)送料機(jī)的需求日益增加,因此國(guó)外自動(dòng)送料機(jī)的產(chǎn)量逐年增長(zhǎng);其次自動(dòng)送料機(jī)產(chǎn)品門類齊全,品種繁多。我國(guó)大多數(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)水平不高,生產(chǎn)能力較低,生產(chǎn)以單機(jī)為主的中、小型自動(dòng)送料機(jī)比較適宜,但要在此基礎(chǔ)上不斷提高制造精度、自動(dòng)化程度和配套能力;(3)在自動(dòng)送料機(jī)生產(chǎn)中,大量引入高新技術(shù),研制組合式、模塊式等先進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu),使自動(dòng)送料機(jī)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn)、使用可靠,使其性能指標(biāo)、工藝水平、“三化”水平高,向機(jī)電結(jié)合、主輔機(jī)結(jié)合、成套聯(lián)線方向發(fā)展;(4)以滿足重點(diǎn)商品的包裝為出發(fā)點(diǎn),發(fā)展自動(dòng)送料機(jī)新品種。其運(yùn)動(dòng)路線、速度以及結(jié)構(gòu)合理性要求較高,尤其是對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)合理性具有特殊要求。本課題主要研究數(shù)控沖床送料機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),其主要涉及送料機(jī)的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置、元件的導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)的支撐系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)用電伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)、執(zhí)行元件的氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)等裝置。由此可見,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化和建立現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)工業(yè),乃是關(guān)系到國(guó)家長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃的一件大事,也是搞好社會(huì)主義四個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。本課題主要解決大尺寸平板材料的數(shù)控送料,以替代人工送料,實(shí)現(xiàn)大尺寸平板材料沖壓送料的自動(dòng)化。關(guān)鍵詞:吸盤上料,皮帶輪送料,XY 軸工作臺(tái)平動(dòng)AbstractII ABSTRACTThis paper introduces a used sheet metal CNC Feeder structural design. Within each module, using a topdown design approach, from the original mechanism to drive mechanism, to final implementation structures, the gradual pletion of each module detailed design of specific parts, as well as important parts of the calculation and verification. Then, the main ponents of each module solidworks plete threedimensional modeling, and then each module parts for parts assembly, and finally pleted the overall assembly design.
