【正文】 duction .,主要行動框架(2) The major action framework for the work(2),。 Build resilience to adapt to devastating disasters. 加強減災科技支撐體系建設，提高災害救助裝備和技術水平。 Work on surveys and assessments on overall risks of natural disasters, build the capacity of monitoring, early warning and forecasting and elevate the capabilities of information sourcing and services. 加強國家自然災害救助體系建設。,重要進展（5）,Popscience awareness campaigns on disaster reduction have been organized to “reach out to the rural areas, communities, enterprises and schools” about the knowledge needed for disaster resilience. Community Disaster Reduction Campaign and National Disaster Reduction Contest have also been undertaken to add more substance to the outreach campaigns. China has also built up capabilities to work out emergency response plans, embark on drills and build disasterresistant facilities at the grassroots level.
