【正文】 ebral injury，4 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture，and 2 cases died of craniocerebral injury bined with hemorrhagic shock． There were 7 cases of walking bicycle crashed bymotor vehicle，it leads to extremities fractures in 6 cases，craniocerebral injury in 6 cases，and viscera rupture in 4 cases，inwhich 4 cases died of craniocerebral injury，2 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture，and 2 cases died ofcraniocerebral injury bined with hemorrhagic shock． There were 2 cases of bicycle crashed into bicycle，it leads to extremities fractures in 1 cases，craniocerebral injury in 2 cases，and all died of craniocerebral injury． Conclusion Bicycle and motorvehicle collision is the most mon and most serious type of bicycle accident damage，which often dies of craniocerebral injuryand hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture．Key words: bicycle。收稿日期:2011 －01 －01作者簡介:尚萬兵( 1983 － ) ，男，河南蘭考人，學(xué)士，助理實驗師，從事法醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)及檢案工作1 資料與方法1． 1 案例資料 選取新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院司法鑒定中心2005 年 1 月至 2010 年 12 月受理檢驗的因自行車交通事故致人死亡案例 125 例，其中男 94 例，女 31例。 自行車與靜止物體發(fā)生碰撞 2 例。騎行自行車時側(cè)面被機動車碰撞 81 例，導(dǎo)致四肢長骨骨折62 例，顱腦損傷 74 例，臟器破裂 7 例，其中 74 例因顱腦損傷死亡，7 例因臟器破裂致失血性休克死亡。3 討論自行車是我國主要交通工具之一，在給人們的日常生活帶來諸多便利的同時自行車交通事故的發(fā)生率卻持久不下。自行車與機動車碰撞是自行車事故損傷中最常見、最嚴重的類型，它分為騎行碰撞與推行碰
