【正文】 1 cases of bicycle crashed by motor vehicle in side，it leadsto extremities fractures in 62 cases，craniocerebral injury in 74 cases，and viscera rupture in 7 cases，in which 74 cases died ofcraniocerebral injury and 7 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture． There were 31 cases of riding bicyclecrashed by motor vehicle behind，it leads to extremities fractures in 8 cases，craniocerebral injury in 27 cases，and viscera rupture in 6 cases，in which 25 cases died of craniocerebral injury，4 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture，and 2 cases died of craniocerebral injury bined with hemorrhagic shock． There were 7 cases of walking bicycle crashed bymotor vehicle，it leads to extremities fractures in 6 cases，craniocerebral injury in 6 cases，and viscera rupture in 4 cases，inwhich 4 cases died of craniocerebral injury，2 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture，and 2 cases died ofcraniocerebral injury bined with hemorrhagic shock． There were 2 cases of bicycle crashed into bicycle，it leads to extremities fractures in 1 cases，craniocerebral injury in 2 cases，and all died of craniocerebral injury． Conclusion Bicycle and motorvehicle collision is the most mon and most serious type of bicycle acc
