外籍員工雇傭合同--中英文(兼職)(文件)
【正文】 gency： 甲方因工作需要，需聘用乙方。甲方安排乙方延長工作時間，應(yīng)安排乙方同等時間補休或依法支付加班酬勞。Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the state’s regulations. 甲方為乙方提供合同時間段內(nèi)的住宿Party A shall provide acmodation for Party B during the period of contract. 甲方為乙方報銷來華工作產(chǎn)生的往返機票費Party A shall provide Flight Tickets for Party B to China四、 雇傭合同的解除和終止Ⅳ Contract Cancellation and Termination 合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時，雇傭合同即終止。The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 5 days without written explanation due to homeing or other private reasons. 乙方被證明無法完成本合同項下的工作任務(wù)，甲方有權(quán)隨時解除本合同。Party B is parttime Job, no need to pay social insurance for. 乙方因病或非因工負(fù)傷醫(yī)療費用自行解決，醫(yī)療期內(nèi)甲方不支付報酬。The two parties should abide by the contract. In case one party tears up the contract, the other party has the right to require the defaulting party to undertake corresponding loss. 甲乙雙方在本合同的執(zhí)行中如有爭議，可協(xié)商解決。The contract is in duplicate, held by Party A and Party B respectively.
