【正文】 B cannot resume his or her work for health reasons after the medical certification of continuous sick rest for 15 working days. 乙方因歸國或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超過五天且未向甲方做出書面說明的，本合同自動終止。The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 5 days without written explanation due to homeing or other private reasons. 乙方被證明無法完成本合同項下的工作任務(wù)，甲方有權(quán)隨時解除本合同。 In case Party B is proved to be not petent for the work under the contract, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract at any time. 乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守甲方的工作規(guī)定以及規(guī)章制度，盡職盡責(zé)，否則，甲方有權(quán)隨時解除合同并追究因此而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，并有權(quán)對所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失在乙方的報酬中作相應(yīng)扣除。Party B should abide by Party A’s working systems, rules and regulations.
