二章 盤形零件數(shù)字化建模 零件的建模的基本特征 概念基礎(chǔ)特征是指由二維截面草圖經(jīng)過拉伸、旋轉(zhuǎn)、掃描和混合等方式形成的一類實(shí)體特征。毛坯的形狀與零件圖形基本相同,根據(jù)需要加工的內(nèi)輪廓給出加工條件,查閱相關(guān)資料,計(jì)算出加工零件是所需要的切削速度,主軸轉(zhuǎn)速及背吃刀量,選擇所需的刀具(精加工和粗加工選擇不同的刀具加工) ,并制定加工的工藝卡片。PRO/E
