【正文】 control fire itself, Assistant Manager and Duty manager should inform individuals below to Fire control center through host operator:(1) General Manager (2) All senior administrators (3) A/B grade manager in every department. Abovementioned individuals should make up provisional fire mand center. 2. 臨時(shí)滅火指揮部根據(jù)火勢(shì)情況；下達(dá)如下指令：Based on fire condition, Provincial fire mand center should send following orders1) 切斷酒店的煤氣供應(yīng)Cut off gas supply.2) 關(guān)閉所有液化氣流Cut off all liquid gas.3) 確保消防供水泵運(yùn)作正常Ensure that fire supply pump can work well.4) 確保加壓、排煙、應(yīng)急發(fā)電系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作正常Guarantee that the pressurizing, smoke evacuation and emergency generation system work normally.5) 指揮酒店專(zhuān)職消防隊(duì)實(shí)施救火Command fulltime fire brigade of hotels to fire fight.3. 工程部根據(jù)指揮中心的指令；立即關(guān)閉空調(diào)、液化氣；切斷電源；并開(kāi)啟消防 噴淋泵；將所有電梯降至井底；關(guān)閉所有客梯；控制好消防電梯。The host operator once receives report from fire area and order from provincial fire mand center should dial “119”, informing public security fire control department for assistance.6. 值班工程師向消防部門(mén)提供酒店的各種資料和圖紙；協(xié)助公安部門(mén)處理有關(guān)問(wèn)題。The motorcade is responsible for clearing up fire control pass way, guarantee that the fire control pass way is unblocked.前廳部Front Office1． 嚴(yán)禁使用所有的客梯。Offer information about construction, pipe, and cable layout etc. 3． 解救被困電梯和被困火場(chǎng)人員。Offer munication instruments such as pagers.3． 警戒火場(chǎng)；控制緊急出入口。According to the order, evacuate guests in fire area。Room attendants should mark “X” on the door after guests leave the room.5． 再次檢查客房無(wú)人后；在門(mén)上標(biāo)出“O”記號(hào)。Organize rescue the injured and escort them to a hospital.2． 執(zhí)行指揮部的其他指令。According to directions, assign staff to extinguish fire.2． 運(yùn)送滅火器材到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。The munication language used in firefighting must be Putonghua.3． 火警時(shí)；酒店傳呼機(jī)顯示“999”。Individuals below have the right to decide partial evacuation, lock the dangerous scene and shift staff.A． 大堂副理Assistant managerB． 保安部經(jīng)理Security managerC． 值班工程師Duty engineerD． 值班經(jīng)理/副總經(jīng)理 Duty manager/Deputy manager（3） 根據(jù)以下情況可實(shí)施部分或全部疏散： Partial or total evacuation can be carried out, in case of followings: A．火災(zāi) fire B．煤氣或其他有毒物質(zhì)的泄漏gas or other poison material leak C．水災(zāi)flood D．?dāng)嚯?electricity cut off E．天花板或建筑設(shè)施有倒塌危險(xiǎn)ceiling and building collapse danger F．危險(xiǎn)品引起的燃燒、爆炸以及電器故障導(dǎo)致觸電、短路等危險(xiǎn) Electricity shock, short circuit arising from electrical breakdown and burning or explosion of hazardous articles. G．任何正在或即將發(fā)生的、可能導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難或人員傷亡的異常和危險(xiǎn)情況 Any ining or existing abnormality or danger which can cause accidents or people loss （4） 疏散集合地為酒店。When fire alarm is released, there will be “000” on inhouse pagers.七、火警緊急疏散程序Fire alarm emergency evacuation procedures1． 緊急疏散令的發(fā)出Giving emergency evacuation order（1） 唯有總經(jīng)理或公安消防部門(mén)才能下達(dá)全部緊急疏散的命令。Get ready to execute mand center’s other orders. 注：Notes:1． 一旦公安消防隊(duì)到達(dá)；所有人員都必須聽(tīng)從指揮。FC/AFC should protect important files, putting them in safe area or carry them away from themselves.2． 收銀員需從收銀箱中取走所有現(xiàn)金；并親手交給集合點(diǎn)的高級(jí)財(cái)務(wù)人員；若不行；則將收銀箱鎖好。 make sure that
