【正文】 10= mm〈S開模行程滿足要求。導(dǎo)向零件應(yīng)合理分布在模具的周圍或靠近邊緣部位；導(dǎo)柱中心到模板邊緣的距離δ一般取導(dǎo)柱固定端的直徑的1~；其設(shè)置位置可參見標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架系列。導(dǎo)柱工作部分的配合精度采用H7/f7（低精度時可采用H8/f8或H9/f9）；導(dǎo)柱固定部分的配合精度采用H7/k6（或H7/m6）。（1）、兩種導(dǎo)柱的結(jié)構(gòu) 帶頭導(dǎo)柱如下圖所示：（2）、導(dǎo)套的結(jié)構(gòu) 帶頭導(dǎo)套如下圖所示：第九章 脫模機構(gòu)的設(shè)計、副型芯、復(fù)位桿及頂針的工作原理在設(shè)計頂出系統(tǒng)時應(yīng)遵守下列原則:(1)、為使制品不致因頂出產(chǎn)生變形、破裂、穿孔等, 推力點應(yīng)作用在制品能承受力最大的部位，即剛性好的部位、如筋部、突緣、殼體形制品的壁緣等處.(2)、 為避免頂出痕跡影響制品外觀、.(3)﹑頂出行程一般在制品脫離模具5~~10mm﹐對于簡單﹑大型的制品可頂出行程是制品深度的2/3。下圖副型芯及頂針工作原理圖： 、復(fù)位桿及頂針推芯推出狀態(tài) 副型芯 　澆注系統(tǒng)凝料脫模機構(gòu)流道凝料的脫模方式，這里采用三板式模具。冷卻水道的設(shè)計要點如下：1）在允許的情況下，冷卻水道距離型腔壁不宜太遠，也不宜太近，以免影響冷卻效果和模具的強度，通常在1220mm范圍內(nèi)；2）注意平衡模具中塑料件不同部位的冷卻，應(yīng)與塑料件的厚度想匹配，當(dāng)制件壁厚均勻時，盡可能的使所有的水道到各處型腔表面的距離相等，當(dāng)制件的壁厚不等時，要在壁厚出開設(shè)距離較小的冷卻水道；3）冷卻水道不宜穿過設(shè)計有鑲塊或接縫的地方；4）冷卻水道不應(yīng)有存水和產(chǎn)生回流的部位，冷卻水道的孔徑一般不小于8mm，進水管的直徑的選擇，應(yīng)使進水流速不超過冷卻孔道中水流速度，避免產(chǎn)生過的壓降；5）型腔、型芯部位應(yīng)分別冷卻，并保證其冷卻平衡；6）澆口部位是模具上最熱的部位，應(yīng)加強冷卻，一般將冷卻水的入口設(shè)計在澆口處，使其冷卻水先通過澆口處；7）避免將冷卻水道開設(shè)在制品的熔接痕處，以免降低制品此處的強度；8）進、出口的水管接頭應(yīng)盡量開設(shè)在不影響操作的方向，盡可能的設(shè)計在模具的同一側(cè)，通常朝向有注塑機的背面；9）水管接頭必須密封，保證不漏水；10）當(dāng)模具僅設(shè)一個入水口和一個出水口時冷卻管道應(yīng)進行串接起來，并連接因各回路的流動阻力不同，很難形成相同的冷卻條件；11）進、出口冷卻水道的溫差不宜過大，以免造成模具表面冷卻不均勻。劉國亮老師平日里工作繁多，但在我做畢業(yè)設(shè)計的每個階段，從查閱資料，設(shè)計草案的確定和修改，中期檢查，后期詳細設(shè)計，裝配草圖等整個過程中都給予了我悉心的指導(dǎo)。如果沒有他的努力工作，此次設(shè)計的完成將變得非常困難。此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計才會順利完成。 最后感謝我的母?！喜こ坦W(xué)院三年來對我的大力栽培。3. 模具類型及結(jié)構(gòu)的確定。7. 繪制模具的裝配圖（包括三維與二維）。Visafree policy brings Chengdu biz, tourism boost.
