Methods Fiftysix patients with clinically known fatty liver and twenty age matched healthy controls were collected in this study. Blood biochemical indicators and CT value of livers were measured and analyzed. Results The study showed all the biochemical indicators were negative correlative with the CT values, the levels of blood TG,CHOL in fatty liver group is significantly higher than those in In fatty liver patients, the ratio of hepaticsplenic CT values is closely correlated with the level of serous TG and CHOL, so that these measurements can be used for diagnosing the fatty liver. 【 Key words 】 Fatty liver。方法 篩選 56名臨床確診的脂肪肝患者及 20名年齡匹配的健康對象作為對照，逐例測量肝脾 CT值與血清中甘油三酯 (TG)及總膽固醇 (CHOL)含量，進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 CT ratio, hepaticsplenic。隨著人民生活水平的提高，近年來我國國民脂肪肝的發(fā)病率已達到 10%左右，并且發(fā)病患者每年以 10倍速度遞增，已成為僅次于病毒性肝炎的第二大肝病，為臨床常見病、多發(fā)病 [1]。 1 資料與方法 一般資料 收集我院治療的已確診脂肪肝患者 56 例，其中男性 30例，女性 26 例，年齡在 28～ 65 歲，平均 46 歲。 血生化分析 使用日本 OLYMPUS AU 2700 全自動生化分析儀，試劑由深圳博士德公司提供，各項目均由校準血清校準，并采取有效的質(zhì)量控制，受試者清晨真空常規(guī)管抽取空腹靜脈血， 30 min 后 3 000 r/min 10 min 分離 血清檢測甘油三酯（ TG）、總膽固醇（ CHOL）含量。 CT 掃描值與血生化檢測結(jié)果相關(guān)性 表 1 各檢測組及
