【正文】 時(shí)間。乙方應(yīng)無(wú)條件服從甲方的整體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，甲方有權(quán)對(duì)乙方制定的工期安排進(jìn)行審核、調(diào)整。7. Payment Term 結(jié)算方式和期限: * (1) 50% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T within 10 working days after the first lot of material arrived at the site and accepted by Buyer, Seller shall provide VAT invoice with the total contract value to Buyer. *第一批材料到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后經(jīng)甲方驗(yàn)收合格，乙方開(kāi)具合同全額的17%增值稅發(fā)票10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，付合同總金額50%。以上費(fèi)用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工完畢后，乙方提交相關(guān)票據(jù)，甲方收到票據(jù)核實(shí)無(wú)誤10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)結(jié)算。合同執(zhí)行過(guò)程中其它任何一方不得擅自更改，除下列第2條中規(guī)定的調(diào)整因素需在結(jié)算時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整外，合同價(jià)款均不予調(diào)整。 10. Material Inspection 材料檢驗(yàn)： (1) Inspection of Material and Facility: All the material and facility for this project shall be sampled and tested by Seller under supervision and witness of Buyer before putting into use , the sampling and testing shall be in strict pliance to laws and regulations, related standard and codes, and contract’s requirement. 材料和設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)：本工程一切材料設(shè)備在用于本工程之前，均應(yīng)按照法律、法規(guī)和有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的規(guī)定以及本合同的約定，在甲方的監(jiān)督、見(jiàn)證下，由乙方負(fù)責(zé)取樣并做試塊。協(xié)商不通，可在甲方所在地通過(guò)法律手段解決。(4) Technical Agreement and Technical data and documents will be the Attachment of this contract.技術(shù)協(xié)議和技術(shù)資料文件作為本合同的附件。(2) This Purchase Contract shall be made in four originals, one for Seller and three for Buyer. All have the same legal force.本合同一式肆份，甲執(zhí)三份，乙執(zhí)一份。(3) Normal Check:Buyer will enter the construction site to supervise the construction quality at any reasonable time, and Seller should provide all the convenience assistance when Buyer enters.隨時(shí)檢查：甲方代表在一切合理的時(shí)間內(nèi)均應(yīng)能進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，乙方應(yīng)為他們進(jìn)入上述場(chǎng)所提供一切便利和協(xié)助。甲方發(fā)出的變更或指令。(2) In case Seller’s construction can not acplish as per Buyer’s project schedule, and failed to keep up with the schedule, thus to seriously influence the whole schedule, or Seller’s poor quality of construction resulted Buyer’s whole project quality could not satisfy Owner’s quality standard, Seller shall pensate all Buyer’s loss there caused in addition to the normal d
