Quality control is the construction phase project quality control of the entire process of the key links. The construction phase of the effectiveness of quality management, relationship to the whole quality of the final projects can meet the state standards and the requirements of owners, related to the project and the successful pletion of cost control, it is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the quality of management of the construction phase. The quality of the construction phase to a large extent is determined by quality control. Its central task is through the establishment of a sound and effective system of quality supervision to ensure the quality of the meet contractual standards and requirements. In this text, the basic method and theory of quality control of construction engineering are studied by bining the project instance. Firstly, the origin of quality control, domestic and international situation of the development at quality control is briefly introduced. Writer proves and analyze to basic conception and theories of quality control. Secondly main points of quality are discussed from several respects such as project management, engineering construction, construction supervision and quality testing. Then the methods and procedures of quality control are discussed through the mansion project of Rongqiao. It is evidenced this construction quality control is good at the quality control of construction engineering. Finally, the author draw a conclusion， conscientiously and carry out the activities of evaluation and acceptance to the project. Key words： Construction project quality； quality control systems； process control 目 錄 中文摘要 ........................................................................................................................ 3 英文摘要 ........................................................................................................................ 4 1 緒 論 ............................................................................................. 錯誤 !未定義書簽。因而把施工質(zhì)量控制放在頭等地位是當務(wù)之急。從 1997和 2021年建筑業(yè)工程優(yōu)良品率的比較中得知 ： 我國單位工程竣工的優(yōu)良品率僅保持在 1/3左右。綜上所述，研究房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量控制的內(nèi)容及方法有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。施工企業(yè)只有提高工程項目質(zhì)量管理水平，才能在復(fù)雜的施工過程中真正對影響工程質(zhì)量的每一個因素和環(huán)節(jié)實施控制，才能對工程質(zhì)量形成全過程的技術(shù)、管理和人員等因素進行全面控制，同時對企業(yè)原來的質(zhì)量管理進行審視、檢查和補充，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量管理活動中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，從而理順部門之間、過程之間、工序之間、各項質(zhì)量活動之間的接口問題，使整個企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理更加科學(xué)和規(guī)范。筆者 認為 ，房屋建筑工程質(zhì)量水平不能提高的關(guān)鍵不在于項目具體運作中存在著問題，而 在于施工過程中對質(zhì)量控制的內(nèi)容和方法運用不當，本文即從研究這些問題 入手 ，運用施工質(zhì)量控制理論及其最新成果，結(jié)合房屋建筑工程項目的實際情況，提出解決質(zhì)量控制中存在問題的思路和方法，對工程建設(shè)有較強的指導(dǎo)意義和實用價值，這是本文選題的意義所在。 20世紀初，演進到工長的質(zhì)量管理。但由于是事后檢驗，即在產(chǎn)品完工以后才進行檢驗，剔除廢品和不良品，因此，在原材料、人工和費用成本等方面所造成的損失，已不可能挽回。軍需品的質(zhì)量檢驗大多屬于破壞性檢驗，不可能 進行事后檢驗，而缺乏事先控制和破壞性檢驗保證的軍需品的質(zhì)量，必然影響戰(zhàn)爭的進行，這就迫切需
