【正文】 ： 黃春蕾 指導(dǎo)教師： 曹小琳 教授 專 業(yè)： 管理科學(xué)與工程 學(xué)科門類： 管理學(xué) 重慶大學(xué) 建設(shè)管理與房地產(chǎn) 院 二 OO 八年 九 月 Research on Quality Control and Method of Architectural Engineering Construction A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Management by Huang Chunlei Supervisor： Prof. Cao Xiaolin Major： Engineering management and science Faculty of Construction Management and Real Estate Chongqing University October 2021 摘 要 房屋建筑工程與人們的生產(chǎn)生活密切相關(guān)，工程質(zhì)量的好壞不僅關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目投資能否成功，更為重要的是，建成后的項(xiàng)目直接參與到人們的日常生產(chǎn)和生活中去，這就還關(guān)系到國家和人民的生命、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。施工階段質(zhì)量控制是工程項(xiàng)目全過程質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。施工階段質(zhì)量管理的有效性，關(guān)系到整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的最終質(zhì)量能否達(dá)到國家規(guī)范和業(yè)主的要求，關(guān)系到整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的順利完成和成本控制，因此必須重視和加強(qiáng)施工階段質(zhì)量管理工作。工程質(zhì)量很大程度上決定于施工階段質(zhì)量控制。其中心任務(wù)是通過建立健全有效的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作 體系來確保工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到合同規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求。 本文在研究建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制基本方法和理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合工程實(shí)例對(duì)質(zhì)量控制問題進(jìn)行了探討。首先，簡(jiǎn)單介紹了質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量控制的起源和國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的基本概念、基本理論進(jìn)行了論證和分析；其次從項(xiàng)目管理、工程施工、建設(shè)監(jiān)理、質(zhì)量檢測(cè)等方面論述了質(zhì)量控制的要點(diǎn)， 并 結(jié)合工程實(shí)例（融橋住宅樓項(xiàng)目）論述了全面質(zhì)量控制的方法和程序，從而驗(yàn)證了前述質(zhì)量管理模式對(duì)工程質(zhì)量控制的效果。 最后 ，作者得出了本文結(jié)論 ， 并提出了加強(qiáng)制度的可操作性，加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部監(jiān)督，開展項(xiàng)目評(píng)估等建議。 關(guān)鍵詞： 施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量；質(zhì)量 控制 體系 ；過程控制 ABSTRACT Since there is a close relationship between people39。s daily life and housebuilding project, the quality of the project directly determines success or failure of the investment. And what39。s more, since the building project is directly involved in people’s life and production, it is of crucial importance to the lives and property security of the nation and people. Quality control is the construction phase project quality control of the entire process of the key links. The construction phase of the effectiveness of quality management, relationship to the whole quality of the final projects can meet the state standards and the requirements of owners, related to the project and the successful pletion of cost control, it is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the quality of management of the construction phase. The quality of the construction phase to a large extent is determined by quality control. Its central task is through the establishment of a sound and effective system of quality supervision to ensure the quality of the meet contractual standards and requirements. In this text, the basic method and theory of quality control of construction engineering are studied by bining the project instance. Firstly, the origin of quality control, domestic and international situation of the development at quality control is briefly introduced. Writer proves and analyze to basic conception and theories of quality control. Secondly main points of quality are discussed from several respects such as project management, engineering construction, construction supervision and quality testing.
