To solve the practical problems in practice teaching ma nagement with Web technology, the Practice Teaching Management System is designed and implemented based on , SQL Server technology. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of Course Experiment Management Subsystem which includes the overall system architecture designing, system requirements analysis, system design and implementation of the whole developing process. At the same time, this paper elaborates the design of workflow engine based on graph theory to resolve approval process. In the development process, ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) concept is also practiced by using Web Service to implement the information sharing and interoperability between the independent information systems.
