【正文】 國家政府、機構(gòu)、學(xué)校以及有關(guān)國際組織簽訂的教育交流協(xié)議或達(dá)成的諒解對外提供的全額獎學(xué)金或部分獎學(xué)金。目前，中國部分高等學(xué)校的部分研究生課程和進(jìn)修生課程可用英語授課。三、申請人資格申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康；申請人的學(xué)歷和年齡要求：● 來華學(xué)習(xí)本科專業(yè)者，須具有高中畢業(yè)學(xué)歷，成績優(yōu)秀，年齡不超過25周歲； ● 來華攻讀碩士學(xué)位者，須具有學(xué)士學(xué)位，年齡不超過35周歲；● 來華攻讀博士學(xué)位者，須具有碩士學(xué)位，年齡不超過40周歲；● 作為漢語進(jìn)修生來華學(xué)習(xí)者，須具有高中畢業(yè)學(xué)歷，來華進(jìn)修漢語專業(yè)，年齡不超過35 周歲；● 作為普通進(jìn)修生來華進(jìn)修者，須具有大學(xué)二年級以上學(xué)歷，來華進(jìn)修包括漢語專業(yè)在內(nèi)的各學(xué)科專業(yè)，年齡不超過45周歲；● 作為高級進(jìn)修生來華進(jìn)修者，須具有碩士以上學(xué)位或副教授以上職稱，年齡不超過50周歲。獎學(xué)金生活費由所在學(xué)校按月發(fā)給學(xué)生本人，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：● 本科生和漢語進(jìn)修生：1,400元人民幣/月● 碩士研究生和普通進(jìn)修生：1,700元人民幣/月● 博士研究生和高級進(jìn)修生：2,000元人民幣/月按照規(guī)定，獎學(xué)金生活費自獎學(xué)金生入學(xué)之日起由學(xué)校逐月定期發(fā)放。學(xué)校規(guī)定的假期內(nèi)獎學(xué)金生活費照發(fā)；獎學(xué)金生假期內(nèi)因離校休假而未能按時領(lǐng)取獎學(xué)金生活費，返校后可以補發(fā)。新生首次來華一次性安置費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：● 來華學(xué)習(xí)期限不滿1學(xué)年者一次性發(fā)放1,000元人民幣● 來華學(xué)習(xí)期限為1學(xué)年及1學(xué)年以上者一次性發(fā)放1,500元人民幣門診醫(yī)療費：學(xué)生在學(xué)校醫(yī)院或?qū)W校指定的醫(yī)院就醫(yī)的日常門診費用。保險費用由獎學(xué)金生所在學(xué)校或指定的救援機構(gòu)受理墊付，并持有關(guān)費用收據(jù)按照事先規(guī)定的保險條款向保險公司理賠。國際旅費：中國教育部向有協(xié)議的國家來華留學(xué)生提供往返或單程國際旅費；不含美國學(xué)生申請者。經(jīng)過公證的最高學(xué)歷證明。申請人必須提交用中文或英文書寫的來華學(xué)習(xí)或研究計劃；推薦信。申請人應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照《外國人體格檢查記錄》中要求的項目進(jìn)行檢查。留學(xué)基金委不受理個人申請。七、錄取及通知留學(xué)基金委對獎學(xué)金申請人的申請材料進(jìn)行審核，并有權(quán)根據(jù)中國高等學(xué)校的接受能力、學(xué)制等對申請人所選擇的學(xué)校、專業(yè)和年限進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。如專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)前需要補習(xí)漢語或進(jìn)行預(yù)科學(xué)習(xí)者，應(yīng)在漢語補習(xí)或預(yù)科學(xué)習(xí)期間通過學(xué)校的入學(xué)考試或相關(guān)的課程考試后方可正式進(jìn)入專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。獎學(xué)金獲得者來華后原則上不得變更已經(jīng)其本人簽字同意的，《錄取通知書》上明確的錄取院校、學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)及學(xué)習(xí)期限。申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康。學(xué)士學(xué)位獎學(xué)金：期限45學(xué)年。博士學(xué)位獎學(xué)金：期限34學(xué)年。主要用于學(xué)生因大病住院或發(fā)生人身意外傷害所支付的費用。申請攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位者請詳述來華學(xué)習(xí)和研究計劃（可另附紙）；漢語水平證明。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查記錄》無效。相關(guān)學(xué)校名單請登錄國家漢辦/孔子學(xué)院網(wǎng)站查詢。經(jīng)孔子學(xué)院總部審核合格的申請材料將轉(zhuǎn)送有關(guān)學(xué)校，由學(xué)校決定是否錄取。無法按期報到者，獎學(xué)金資格原則上不予保留。 Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition。 statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree； of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates andtranscripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education。 of Foreigner Physical Examination Form(printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months)filled in records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are above application materials should reach Confucius Institute Headquarters via the recruiting institutions by May 31th, applications will not be accepted by the Confucius Institute of InstitutionsApplicants can select 3 institutions as personal preference from the list of Chinese higher institutions or secondary schools designated by Confucius Institute detail information of the designated institutions, please check on the website of Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters at ://。RegistrationStudents who are awarded the scholarship are required to register in the designated institution within the specified privilege of the scholarship would be withdrawn, if one could not register in InformationThe Division of New Initiatives and International ExchangesHanban/Confucius Institute HeadquartersTelephone：8610
