With the development of the globalization of the world economy and trade, English language has bee more important all over the world, and each day there are millions of people learning English as foreign language in China. Now, focusing on emotional teaching is one of important characteristics in the innovation of basic educational project. Emotional education will be helpful for students in their quality education. Teachers should help students explore their own feelings or the values and functions of the emotional and psychological factors in English teaching. Emotional teaching in English focus on how to help students develop their creative quality. It is coincidence with the principle of quality education in learning activity. Quality education can be defined as allaround and personality harmonious development and modern education. We could fulfill the goals of quality education if we pay more attention to the students’ emotion.
