Because Alibaba was born in 1999, last year we had – last century we had one year, this century 100 years, next century one across three give a clear goal to any ’t say we are successful, no matter how much money we raised, no matter how much money we make, no matter how much we have ’t forget we want to live 102 , 16 years passed, we have another 86 years to in next 86 years, if any time we die we’re never I heard this club is 108 years old I was surprised and ’s so much we can learn from , today nobody believed that Alibaba could survive, because people say “You are [free], you’re tiny” and, you know, and especially when we talk about – when we IPO’d people say “Ah, you are Alibaba, you are ’re like Amazon.” Because in American point of view Amazon probably is the only business model for no, we are difference between us and Amazon is that we do not buy and sell, but we help small business to buy and have 10 million small business on our site buy and sell every we do not deliver our packages, although – ourselves, though we have more than 2 million people help us to deliver over 30 million packages per do not own warehouses, but we manage tens and thousands of warehouses for other small, medium sized delivery we do not own inventories, but we do have more than 350 million have more than 120 million buyers ing to shop every day on our also, we sell – our revenue last – our sales last year were US$ 390 this year, possibly, we are going to be bigger than Walmart Walmart manage – that size of business have more than million people。我還想講這句話,假如在二十一世紀(jì)你想成功,記住客戶(hù)第一,就是誠(chéng)信,做一切的努力就是為了客戶(hù),員工第二,最近爭(zhēng)議很多,我前幾天在香港的股東大會(huì)上講,客戶(hù)第一,員工第二,股東第三。我們尊重知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),尊重品牌,但我不尊重暴利,我更不尊重,為了維護(hù)自己某些特殊的利益而設(shè)置了大量的障礙,我今天也這么講,十年以后法律的規(guī)范是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的專(zhuān)利、品牌也會(huì)受到巨大的沖擊。這就是對(duì)未來(lái)的判斷,十年后,我相信在坐每一個(gè)人的努力,我們會(huì)創(chuàng)造新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界,今天阿里巴巴B2B有很多的企業(yè),制造業(yè)因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)貨時(shí)代發(fā)生巨大的變化,每一次營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式的變化,就會(huì)形成制造業(yè)的變化,我在這里不是忽悠,也不是勸阻,而是警告,而是真正的呼吁大家,所有的企業(yè)高度關(guān)注電子商務(wù),最近發(fā)現(xiàn)渠道越強(qiáng)的企業(yè),賣(mài)貨越好的企業(yè),麻煩越多,今天搬到網(wǎng)站上去賣(mài),現(xiàn)在90%的營(yíng)業(yè)額來(lái)自于渠道,今天沒(méi)有渠道的企業(yè)越活越好,越來(lái)越通常,今天發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題,廣東的企業(yè)會(huì)制造不會(huì)賣(mài)。為什么請(qǐng)這些人,因?yàn)槲覀兏杏X(jué)到未來(lái)的網(wǎng)規(guī)、網(wǎng)貨、網(wǎng)商將會(huì)創(chuàng)造新的世界,人類(lèi)開(kāi)始進(jìn)入新的世界,不能再憑今天二十多歲的淘寶的店小二制訂游戲的規(guī)則,他們已經(jīng)非常的累。大家都說(shuō)機(jī)會(huì)被阿里巴巴和淘寶、百度、谷歌和騰訊搶去了,我告訴大家機(jī)會(huì)還沒(méi)有開(kāi)始,所有的機(jī)會(huì)都會(huì)在未來(lái)十年內(nèi)真正的開(kāi)始。但是我也沒(méi)有資本,創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)候,我是問(wèn)親戚、朋友一起借錢(qián),總共是2萬(wàn)元,沒(méi)有關(guān)系的,我父母就是普普通通的家庭,但是為什么發(fā)展的這么快,今天我看到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上說(shuō),馬云你真?zhèn)ゴ?,淘寶做的這么好,阿里巴巴做的這么好,我心里特別的難過(guò),這不是我的功勞,這是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的功勞,這是中國(guó)發(fā)展的功勞,這是中國(guó)幾千萬(wàn)在座各位對(duì)網(wǎng)商信任的功勞,我覺(jué)得自己真的很難過(guò)。另外的信號(hào)是由資本密集型走向知識(shí)密集型這是強(qiáng)烈的信號(hào),以前認(rèn)為是靠關(guān)系做生意到走向靠誠(chéng)信做生意,信號(hào)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,不管大家是否相信,十年以后的商業(yè)會(huì)跟今天完全的不一樣,十年后見(jiàn)到的富豪和成功的企業(yè)家跟今天是完全不一樣的。我在淘寶和阿里巴巴的賣(mài)家的餐廳去吃飯,剛坐下,老板就說(shuō),冬天被你說(shuō)對(duì)了,現(xiàn)在店里的生意越來(lái)越差,你如何看待冬天,什么時(shí)候會(huì)結(jié)束,我說(shuō)今年年底和明年年初冬天沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的,他說(shuō)真的,這么快就結(jié)束了,我說(shuō)今年年底和明年年初你會(huì)適應(yīng)的,任何的企業(yè)都必須適應(yīng)外部的環(huán)境。去年我沒(méi)有在淘寶上購(gòu)物,現(xiàn)在我們家跟所有的朋友一樣,每天最大的希望和快樂(lè)是拿一個(gè)包裹過(guò)來(lái),拆開(kāi)來(lái)看,盡管我知道包裹里面是什么東西,但是我就想拆開(kāi)來(lái)看,前幾天我購(gòu)買(mǎi)了幾個(gè)洗澡用的大浴巾,賣(mài)家有非常漂亮的紅色浴巾,也有黃色和綠色的,但是他說(shuō)紅色的沒(méi)有貨,我發(fā)現(xiàn)太太跟那個(gè)人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上爭(zhēng)論,她說(shuō)為什么沒(méi)有紅色的還在賣(mài),賣(mài)家說(shuō)沒(méi)有了,我太太說(shuō),將貨拿下來(lái),結(jié)果第二天還沒(méi)有將貨拿下來(lái),我就說(shuō)必須將沒(méi)有的貨拿下來(lái),我告訴他,我是淘寶的,他說(shuō)我不相信,經(jīng)過(guò)交流,那個(gè)人說(shuō)我一定將貨拿下來(lái),沒(méi)有就是沒(méi)有,對(duì)于我來(lái)講,網(wǎng)商最大的價(jià)值就是誠(chéng)信,因?yàn)槲覀円筘浽垂菊\(chéng)信,要求買(mǎi)家誠(chéng)信,為什么不能強(qiáng)制賣(mài)家誠(chéng)信。我關(guān)注到很多的品牌商、渠道商不斷的說(shuō)淘寶是假貨。十年以來(lái),我被中國(guó)很多人認(rèn)為是中國(guó)最大的忽悠者,我講任何話都是忽悠,我想今天還想在忽悠一把!十年以來(lái)一直在忽悠,我一直在倡導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的精神,一直倡導(dǎo)電子商務(wù),一直倡導(dǎo)網(wǎng)商的精神,六年前我將很要好的朋友,一個(gè)很要好的商人朋友交流,我說(shuō)剛剛推出了淘寶網(wǎng),我希望他將生意搬到網(wǎng)上做,他說(shuō)再說(shuō)吧,有很多的時(shí)間。像我從小就懶,連長(zhǎng)肉都懶得長(zhǎng),這就是境界。熊貓傻里吧唧的,什么也不干,抱著根竹子能啃一天,人們親昵地稱(chēng)它為“國(guó)寶”。這樣的例子太多了,我都懶得再說(shuō)了。他的老板也是懶得出奇,懶得學(xué)習(xí)法國(guó)大餐的精美,懶得掌握中餐的復(fù)雜技巧。等球砸到他的時(shí)候,踢一腳。他的老板更懶,盡管中國(guó)的茶文化歷史悠久,巴西的咖啡香味濃郁,但他實(shí)在太懶了。世界上最富有的人,比爾?蓋茨,他是個(gè)程序員,懶得讀書(shū),他就退學(xué)了。并且被這句話誤導(dǎo)了一生。我希望把我成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和大家分享,盡管我認(rèn)為你們其中的絕大多數(shù)勤勞聰明的人都無(wú)法從中獲益,但我堅(jiān)信,一定有個(gè)別懶得去判斷我講的是否正確
